Just a word on ACCOMODATION …
The Parnell Hotel and Conference Centre is where we are holding the Convergence. They have put aside 70 rooms for us. These need to be booked over the phone or by email to receive the special discount.

Without the code, it will appear that the hotel is full. There are definitely plenty of rooms still available.
Some people have mentioned that the booking.com website is giving even cheaper pricing.
Rose Park Hotel is 600m down the road from The Parnell. They have also put aside rooms for us. Please book by phone or email to receive the special discount.

Do you need a room buddy?
We have set up a Facebook group to help match people up!
Please post in the FB group (or ask a friend to help if you don’t have a FB account) to find other attendees looking for a buddy.

In the spirit of Convergence, we will definitely have a great selection of volunteer tutors too. More on them and details of which materials will be provided / what you might want to bring in future updates. Don’t worry, you won’t need to bring much unless you want to.
